| This is an early work that I painted from a captive Red Tail. A falconer in Austin TX had the bird and was rehabilitating it following an injury. It was an excellent opportunity to get very close to a live hawk, so I sat within two feet of the bird and shot photos for several hours. | |||||||||||||||||||
